Apology of Golden Boy Promotions was accepted by Manny Pacquiao

Oscar De La Hoya is the president of Golden Boy Promotions. Richard Schaefer is the CEO of this company. These individuals accused the boxer Manny Pacquiao in administration of steroids. Since this suspicion could disturb Pacquiao’s reputation, he filed a defamation lawsuit against these persons, the boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his father.
But then Manny Pacquiao and Bob Arum, his promoter, reached an agreement with the company Golden Boy Promotions. Thus, the Top Rank fighter dropped lawsuit against Oscar De La Hoya and Richard Schaefer. But the defamation lawsuit against the fighter Floyd Mayweather and his father remained in power.
Richard Schaefer and Oskar De LA Hoya announced that they denied their prior confirmations related to accusation in administration of steroids by Manny Pacquiao. They claimed that there was no any evidence to accuse this boxer in administration of forbidden medicines. the CEO and the president of Golden Boy Promotions recognized that Manny Pacquiao was one of the best fighters of all times. At the end of agreement, the president of Golden Boy Promotions and Bob Arum, the CEO of Top Rank shook their hands.
It is claimed that the apology will cause competitions between Top Rank boxers and Golden Boy fighters.
Since the suspicion was related to Manny Pacquiao, the apology was related to him too. The fighter accepted it and removed the defamation that was connected with the Cief Executive Officer and the president of Golden Boy Promotions.
At the beginning the debate about possible intake of performance-enhancing preparations delayed the competition between Pacquiao and Mayweather. It happened because Mayweather insisted on tests for steroids by the WADA.
Then Mayweather refused to fight with Pacquiao again, referring to steroid accusation. It caused induced impatience in fans because they were waiting for the fight.
