Rampage Jackson has talked about results that have been got by him due to usage of the steroid testosterone

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, a mixed martial artist and actor, described benefits of testosterone in the interview with Gary Alexander of “Fighters Only Magazine”. He talked about his decision to utilize testosterone, about its effects on increase of muscle size, his bodyweight and his sexuality. He pronounced these words after his fail at UFC 144 in Japan.
The UFC champion was honestly telling about his decision to find a health care provider who could recommend him testosterone replacement therapy. He talked honestly because he believed that testosterone didn’t include in anabolic steroids. Rampage Jackson noticed that steroids were for muscles but testosterone was natural. So, he was mistaken, considering that testosterone is not an anabolic steroid.
Actually, use of testosterone replacement therapy in mixed martial arts is a controversial question. Testosterone is used legally in case of hypogonadism (low testosterone secretion). So, mixed martial artists that experience this condition can receive a therapeutic use exemption that permits to use the steroid testosterone legally.
But the problem which is widely discussed is whether the fighter who applies therapeutic quantity of testosterone may obtain unfair advantage during competitions.
The most of sportspersons who have obtained a therapeutic use exemption for usage of testosterone for medical needs deny getting any increase of performance due to testosterone replacement therapy.
When it comes to Jackson, he admitted that testosterone replacement therapy had increased his muscle size, helped to get faster recovery from his injuries and had positive effect on his sexual abilities. The mixed martial artist confirmed that he had had a knee injury. After he had injected 3 quantities of testosterone, the knee was healed. He added bodyweight and muscle mass. This mixed martial artist claimed that small measures of the steroid testosterone had produced evident changes in him. His sexual life was improved significantly; he began to feel as if he had been just 25.
Rampage Jackson condemned steroids for his impossibility to lose weight to meet criteria of the 206lb weight category.
Jackson confirms that he doesn’t violate any law. He uses testosterone and claims that it is legally.
He notes that he is glad that he uses testosterone.
