Richard Del Toro, the top manager of Treasure Coast Pharmacy was straightly linked with the Sebastian clinic of Timothy Sigman. Richard Del Toro took part in the management of this clinic.
As it is known, the receptionists, the office manager and prescribers were employed in other to sell different products, including HGH and anabolic steroids.
Lately Del Toro, the owner of Treasure Coast Pharmacy, Rubino, the employee of this Pharmacy, Sigman, the owner of a Sebastian health clinic and some other individuals were arrested by the DEA.
Besides of main leaders, more than ten workers linked with Treasure Coast Pharmacy are beleived to be involved in selling of HGH, steroids and pain pills.
The owner of the Pharmacy is is claimed to import steroids from China.
The state Department of Health decided to stop activity of the pharmacy. Peter Del Toro forfeited pharmacist license.
The owner could be sentenced to 20-year imprisonment.
It is suspected that Treasure Coast Pharmacy sold a lot of steroids and HGH. The owner and pharmacist, Peter Del Toro filled more than 80% of the prescriptions. According to the orders, these drugs were also transported to some other places.
Treasure Coast Pharmacy was also connected with clinics owned by Forgione. Nowadays Forgione is in a federal prison.
